1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be made in advance via phone, website, or verified partners.

  • Accurate pickup and drop-off information must be provided by the customer.

  • Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full fare must be paid upon completion of the ride.

  • Toll taxes, parking charges, and state entry fees are not included in base fare and must be paid by the customer if applicable.

  • We accept cash, UPI, and other digital payment methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup are free.

  • Last-minute cancellations may attract a nominal cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged a flat fee depending on the vehicle type.

4. Service Use

  • Our vehicles are meant only for passenger travel. Transporting illegal goods or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.

  • Customers must maintain decorum and not misbehave with drivers.

5. Responsibility

  • Del Cab Service is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or vehicle breakdowns.

  • We strive for timely pickups but cannot guarantee arrival times in case of unforeseen conditions.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for loss/damage of any valuables left in the vehicle.

  • Customers are responsible for any damage caused by them to the vehicle.

7. Driver Conduct

  • Our drivers are trained professionals. Any misconduct should be reported immediately to our support team.

8. Policy Updates

Del Cab Service reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Please review the latest version on our website.
