At Del Cab Service, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable travel experience for all our customers. We understand that plans can change, and therefore, we have a transparent cancellation and refund policy in place.
Cancellation Charges:
Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled ride time: 25% cancellation charge will be applied.
Cancellation between 24 to 48 hours before scheduled ride time: 10% cancellation charge will be applied.
Cancellation before 48 hours of scheduled ride time: Full amount will be refunded with no cancellation charge.
Refund Process:
All eligible refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Conditions:
No refund will be issued for no-shows or if the ride is canceled after the scheduled pick-up time.
Refunds are not applicable for any partially completed rides.
